Teknofest 2026 AI in Health Competition: Our AI-Powered Healthcare Solution and Journey to Success

As the Neural-V team, we have successfully completed our journey in the Teknofest 2026 AI in Health competition, which we participated in to build innovative solutions for critical problems in the healthcare industry. This journey is the product of intense engineering effort that started with just an idea and turned into a working AI prototype. 1. Project Purpose and the Problem Solved Our project aims to accelerate diagnosis processes in the healthcare sector and strengthen doctors' decision-making mechanisms with AI optimization. The model we developed processes datasets with high accuracy rates, reducing analysis time to a minimum. 2. Technical Infrastructure and Challenges Encountered During the development process, we worked on deep learning algorithms, data pre-processing optimizations, and complex architectural structures. We overcame the performance issues we faced while training large datasets by applying model optimizations and efficient resource management techniques, making our project stable. 3. Teamwork and Engineering Culture As the Neural-V team, we managed the division of labor, data preparation, model training, and integration processes in full coordination. This process provided us with massive experience not only technically, but also in project management, stress management, and presentation techniques to professors and juries.
